What animals make the best/worst pets?

Worst pets: snakes, lizards, any kind of spider or bug, frog, turtle, amphibians in general, ferrets, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, and birds.

All of those “pets” give me the heebie jeebies.

Best pets: dogs, cats, imaginary pets made up by my children that I would pull over the car for and open the door so the errant imaginary pet could join us.

My heart spills over into baby talk to puppy dogs. Watching cats think they are better than humans while lounging in a box of tissues makes me laugh. Laughing releases endorphins which help relieve stress, so the cat just saved my life!

I would like to see a tarantula do that! (not really tho, I almost had a panic attack typing that) 😳😱🫣
