My daughter called this week and asked if I wanted to go to lunch on Saturday (today). She found a placed called Famille, in Westminster, CO. It’s inside the Origin Hotel. The brunch menu was still available and we were thrilled! We had mimosas with fresh OJ and lots of bubbles.

We were enjoying each others company and I did not get many pictures, but time with my family is so precious, I’m glad I was able to be ”present”. Nonetheless, I got a couple.

The food was so good, bursting with flavor, we were all eating off each others plates. I got the French dip sandwich and it was so delicious, and the portion so big, I had to bring most of it home.

The best part of the meal was of course being with my kids and my granddaughter. Catching up with each other since they had the flu running thru their house and because my aunt was visiting and we did not want to take the chance on her catching it too. So our brunch was filled with laughter, with making plans for next week.

The goal is 60 new things before I turn 60 and I have 17 more to go and I can’t wait!
